Kristen Schulkens - CAO, Billing Manager (All Locations)
Kristen Schulkens, a Kenner native, graduated from Archbishop Chapelle High School. She attended LSU where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Kristen began working at the Movement Science Center in 2018 as a Patient Care Coordinator in Metairie and served as the Office Manager in Covington for 6 years. Kristen now works as our Chief Administrative Officer and is primarily responsible for managing patient accounts, including billing and collections. In her spare time, Kristen enjoys reading, running, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Tricia Chatelain, RN, CNO
Tricia Chatelain is a Harahan native who graduated from Mount Carmel Academy. She received her Bachelor of Science from LSU Health Science Center. She worked as a nurse in the Maternity Unit for 23 years. Tricia began working for the Movement Science Center in 2023 and is responsible for insurance benefits, billing and general daily administrative operations. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Kryme Blanke - Metairie Office Manager
Kryme Blanke began her career with The Movement Science Center in 2018 as a Patient Care Coordinator. She moved into an Office Manager role in 2023 and has built extensive experience in patient services, billing, insurance verification and tax preparation. She also assists with key projects focused on medical claim resubmissions, collections, and revenue recovery.
Jessica Sima - Covington Office Manager
Jessica Sima graduated from Immaculata High School in Marrero, LA , where she grew up. She received a Bachelor's of Science from LSU, with a major in Textiles, Apparel, and Merchandising. She has been at The Movement Science Center since December 2024, and has enjoyed watching our patients work hard, and seeing their results in their day-to-day activities. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her 9-year-old twins and husband, and gardening.
Amanda Vito - Mandeville & Hammond Office Manager
Amanda Vito has over 25 years of experience in customer service and administrative management, thriving on organization, leadership, and innovation. In her career, she has led teams to implement new software systems, streamlined processes, and ensured compliance with state and local regulations. Her background also includes bookkeeping for a successful local business and managing administrative operations at a private school.
Beyond her professional life, Amanda is deeply involved in her community. She has served as a board member and volunteer for local organizations and has held leadership roles in fundraising and event planning. Giving back has always been a passion.
Amanda is happily married, the proud mother of two, and the loving owner of a Boston Terrier. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, traveling with her husband, and relaxing on the beach with her girlfriends.
